About Arc-Rite Industries Ltd.
We are a family run, welding and fabrication business, led by certified welding supervisor and owner Aaron Lind.
Aaron began to discover his interest in welding and fabrication in his high school years at a local Fraser Valley establishment. In his role as shop hand, he became fascinated with what could be created with a simple piece of steel. Starting at the very bottom of the ladder offered Aaron the unique opportunity to explore various processes as a spectator while providing assistance to the tradespeople within the company. He learned quickly how the added effort at the commencement of a project resulted in an efficient transition to completion and a superior final product.
Immediately upon graduation from high school, Aaron began his on-the-job training. He gathered a wealth of knowledge and experience before heading off to BCIT to further his knowledge.
In 2015 after 10 years of working his way from welder/Fabricator to shop manager Aaron decided it was time to start the next chapter of his career by opening Arc-Rite Industries Ltd.
Arc-Rite opened its doors in 2015 and has since gained a solid reputation in the heavy-duty welding and fabrication industry. Arc-Rite’s values have been a key factor in allowing us the pleasure of becoming a trusted contractor in our field. We aim to provide a superior customer experience through our unreserved commitment to integrity, honesty, and the highest quality of workmanship.
Aaron has now achieved 17 years of experience in the tower crane and construction field. He is still as passionate about his work as the day he began, and through his enthusiasm, he has instilled these values within his highly skilled team. The continued evolution of Arc-Rite would not be possible without them and we are pleased to provide an enjoyable, positive work environment. Their safety and job satisfaction are amongst our highest priorities.
Through hard work and commitment, Arc-Rite has experienced steady growth since the day the doors first opened, not only of our customer base but also our facilities. Currently, we occupy a 6500 square foot shop, in addition to a large -fenced yard. Expanding the size of our facilities, has allowed us to increase the size of our team and ultimately take on larger projects.
